Delivery methods and costs


Stamperia Festa & Borelli s.r.l. can accept orders with delivery all over the world.


The cancellation of the order is possible until the time of the order evasion that occurs with the issuance of the transport document or invoice.

For each order placed on / , Stamperia Festa & Borelli s.r.l. issue an invoice or receipt of the material sent, sending it via e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of the D.P.R. 445/2000. For the issuance of the sales document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall prevail. No change in the sales document will be possible, after the issuance of the same.

The costs of delivery and / or any additional costs are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when the order is placed. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is owed more by the Customer than the total order highlighted at the end of the purchase procedure.

No responsibility can be attributed to Stamperia Festa & Borelli s.r.l. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.


At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to:

  • check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the courier delivery test;


  • check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);


ATTENTION: in case a situation similar to those listed above should be presented, it is necessary to sign the courier delivery test by entering the SPECIFIC CONTROL RESERVE, ie it is necessary to indicate the REASON FOR THE RESERVE.


The following are examples of how to apply the specific reserve by signing your digital signature on the handheld owned by the courier.

Since it is possible that the courier, despite the explicit request of the customer, only selects the generic reserve (which is not valid for the opening of the insurance practice) we suggest to indicate directly in the signature the type of anomaly found, followed by a short signature , such as your initials.



Satisfied or refunded 

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the law D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is carried out outside the commercial premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.

To exercise this right, the customer must send to Stamperia Festa & Borelli S.r.l. a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by registered letter addressed to: Stamperia Festa & Borelli S.r.l. Via Chivasso 44 Murisengo (Alessandria) Italy.
The costs of returning the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is lost in the following cases:

the returned product received is not intact or the original packaging is missing;
the package is damaged or modified respect to our shipment;
the returned goods have been cut or sewn.
Stamperia Festa & Borelli S.r.l. will proceed with the transmission of the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped within 30 working days following the shipment of the goods by the customer.
The refund is made by bank transfer.
